After scoring two goals and an assist in three games with Reading, Yannick Riendeau is back with the Providence Bruins. Riendeau was sent to the ECHL last week to get some playing time after missing a few weeks with a sore left wrist.

Along with Riendeau, Kirk MacDonald and Jeff LoVecchio skated in practice this morning at the 146 rink. MacDonald (upper-body) and LoVecchio (head) have been out for a few weeks.

Adam McQuaid (upper body) did not skate today, but is expected to be ready for the weekend.

Drew Fata, who has battled injuries all season, had lower-leg surgery on Monday and will be out for the foreseeable future.

The ice was taken out of the Dunkin Donuts Center after Sunday's game against Abbotsford. The Providence College basketball team will play there tonight and monster trucks are due in for the weekend. The P-Bruins next home game is March 5 against Manchester.

The Bruins will leave after practice Thursday for Binghamton, where they will play Friday night, before moving on to Wilkes Barre / Scranton on Saturday. The team will bus home on Sunday, then catch a 6:30 a.m. flight out of T.F. Green Airport on Monday to Chicago. From there, the P-Bruins will get on a connecting flight to Seattle, then bus north to Abbotsford, B.C., for games on March 2 and 3.
